Betina
Betina is settlement on the island of Murter 31 km away from Sibenik. Legends say that the name of
the settlement comes from old Celtic world "bet" what means -
mouth, very scenic describes appearance of Betina port. Really, when you come
to Betina
by sea peninsula, at which arise houses from rocks in lines like amphitheatre,
like soft mouths makes natural port and protect fisherman boats from the

wood. Yet in 1848 was open in that time very modern shipyard and tradition of
shipbuilding's keeps until today, so in Betina shipyard can be built and
repaired ships to 800 tons of weight.

tavern...).
